Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly, then shred them finely using a box grater or food processor.
- Place the shredded zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- Combine the dried zucchini, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and egg in a large bowl.
- Add the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then stir until the mixture holds together.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangular formation about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Slice the baked mixture into strips resembling breadsticks and serve hot or warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
