Virgin Strawberry Pina Colada

  • Author: Mark Bennett
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink that balances the sweetness of ripe strawberries with smooth coconut milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (canned or boxed)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries and pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your strawberries. Hull and slice fresh strawberries or keep frozen strawberries whole.
  2. In your blender, add the sliced strawberries, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. Include honey or agave syrup if desired.
  3. Once your mixture is smooth, add the ice cubes. Blend again until the ice is crushed.
  4. Taste your drink! Adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if needed.
  5. Pour your Virgin Strawberry Pina Colada into glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple slices. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use frozen strawberries. Try low-fat coconut milk for a light version.
