Description

A creamy and spicy buffalo dip made with white beans, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend, or vegan cheese)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, mash the drained white beans using a fork or potato masher.
  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.

Notes
