Strawberry Dole Whip

  • Author: Mark Bennett
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Dole Whip, combining sweet strawberries with tropical pineapple for a creamy, dreamy dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using fresh strawberries, chop and freeze them for at least a couple of hours before blending.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey, and vanilla extract into a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add more coconut milk or juice.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Once thoroughly mixed, scoop the mixture into a serving bowl or cone.
  6. For an added flair, use a piping bag to pipe the Dole Whip into a swirl.

Notes

Consider using unsweetened almond milk for fewer calories or add spinach for a hidden veggie twist.
