Description

A refreshing and invigorating Strawberry Cucumber Mojito Mocktail, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Additional cucumber and strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. In a medium-sized bowl or pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, cucumber, and fresh mint.
  2. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently crush the strawberries, cucumber, and mint together.
  3. Next, add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the mixture.
  4. Stir in the agave syrup or honey at this point.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the strawberry-cucumber-mint mixture over the ice.
  6. Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda.
  7. Garnish with extra cucumber and strawberry slices along with a sprig of mint.

Notes

Feel free to modify ingredients for personal taste, including swapping honey for stevia for a sugar-free version.
