- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or mint)

Instructions
- Start by preparing your vegetables. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
- Now, toss in the cooked chicken breast, shredding it if it’s not already done.
- Next, sprinkle the sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and mandarin oranges into the bowl.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk them together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss everything until the ingredients are well-coated.
- For an extra pop of freshness, finish up with fresh chopped cilantro or mint.
Notes
Feel free to add sliced bell peppers or jicama for extra crunch. For a vegetarian option, swap chicken for chickpeas or tofu.
