Description

A flavor-packed seafood boil sauce that elevates any seafood gathering with its rich and aromatic profile.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter (or ghee for dairy-free)
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika (smoked for deeper taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
  2. Add the minced garlic once the butter is melted and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until mixed well.
  4. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes to deepen flavors.
  5. Incorporate Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce as per taste preferences and adjust seasonings.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in the fresh parsley.
  7. Let the sauce cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months. Reheat over low heat when ready to use.
