  • 3–4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning (or a homemade blend: paprika, garlic powder, and thyme)

  • Optional: more hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Optional: a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or a splash of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
