- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until mixed well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
- Beat the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Top the pie with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts for extra crunch.

For gluten-free, use gluten-free crumbs. For dairy-free, substitute cream cheese and heavy cream with suitable alternatives.
