Description

A refreshing and vibrant Peach Fruit Salad showcasing juicy peaches and a variety of fruits, perfect for summer picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced (or nectarines for a twist)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing all your fruits.
  2. Slice the peaches into wedges.
  3. Hull the strawberries and slice them in half, then toss them into a large mixing bowl along with the sliced peaches.
  4. Rinse the blueberries and grapes, halving the grapes for easy munching. Add them to the bowl, and throw in the banana slices too.
  5. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixed fruits.
  6. Drizzle honey (or your choice of sweetener) over the fruit.
  7. Gently toss everything together using a spatula or your hands.
  8. Serve immediately for the best taste.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be prepped ahead. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
