Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving.
