  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the bell peppers. Cut the tops off each pepper and remove the seeds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground meat, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper generously with the mixture and assemble them in the Instant Pot.
  4. Secure the lid and set your Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the peppers from the pot, top with cheese, and serve.
