Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and oregano in a small bowl.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts.
- Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken.
