Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese for a different texture)
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or a sugar substitute like stevia)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed nuts for a low-carb alternative)
- Fresh fruit or fruit sauce for topping (berries, mango, etc.)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Start by placing the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. With a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat it until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add in Greek yogurt and mix until it’s well incorporated.
- Next, sprinkle in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Blend everything together until it’s a harmonious mixture.
- Gradually add the protein powder, ensuring it’s mixed in without clumps.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream.
- Now, it’s time to layer your jars. Start with a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mix. Repeat until you reach the top of your jars.
- Finish your jars with a generous topping of fresh fruit or fruit sauce.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
