Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, feta cheese, red onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, mint, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toast the whole wheat buns or pita bread on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble your burgers with tzatziki sauce, the patty, and any additional toppings.
