Description
A delicious combination of juicy steak and crispy potatoes infused with garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak)
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by prepping your ingredients. Rinse your potatoes under cold water and chop them into halves or quarters.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add your potatoes. Cook them for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and toss in the minced garlic.
- Add the cooked potatoes into the skillet with the garlic. Toss them well and season with rosemary.
- Finally, return the steak bites to the skillet, allowing them to warm through for another 1–2 minutes.
- To serve, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for garnish.
Notes
Consider using chicken or turkey for a lighter option, or mushrooms and tofu for a vegetarian alternative.
