Ingredients
Scale
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

- Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 5 minutes, then add the minced garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F.
- Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley or thyme.
Notes
