Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bars decorated to resemble the American flag, perfect for holidays like the Fourth of July.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the crust. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a solid crust.
  2. Next, move on to the cheesecake filling. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  4. Now, arrange the sliced strawberries in one corner to create a red stripe, and pile the blueberries in another corner for the blue square. Fill the remaining area with whipped topping for the white stripes.
  5. Finally, place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, allowing it to firm up.
  6. Once set, cut into bars, serve, and enjoy your delicious No Bake Flag Cheesecake Bars!
