- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt, to taste

- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Start by rinsing your shrimp under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Next, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the butter is melted, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp into the skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink, then flip them to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice, then toss in chopped parsley.
- Serve your shrimp immediately over pasta, rice, or zoodles.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute with olive oil and try marinated tofu or chickpeas for a vegan option.
