Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, diced celery, and onion.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly.
  5. Combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and garlic powder in another bowl.
  6. Layer the stuffing mixture over the chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the top.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
