  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A warm and comforting dish featuring succulent chicken thighs in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 to 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Optional: ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Mushroom slices
  • Optional: Spinach or kale

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the heavy cream, olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they’re in a single layer. Pour the creamy mixture over the thighs.
  4. Toss in any optional ingredients like mushrooms or greens into the dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes if you want extra crispiness, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning!

Notes

Consider serving with mashed potatoes or seasonal vegetables for a complete meal.
