Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (preferably chilled)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (or sugar to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut for garnish (unsweetened)
  • Optional: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing a strong cup of your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a glass, combine the chilled coffee with coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk or sugar to taste.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coconut coffee mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with shredded coconut and optional whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

For a healthier option, use unsweetened coconut milk and consider sugar substitutes. The drink can also be made vegan by opting for plant-based milk.
