Description

Delightful and guilt-free frozen yogurt bites combining chocolate and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or dairy-free)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or granola

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your strawberries. Wash and hull them, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
  4. Take an ice tray or silicone molds and spoon the mixture into each compartment.
  5. After filling the molds, sprinkle any optional toppings over the top.
  6. Place your filled molds in the freezer and allow them to set for about 120 minutes.
  7. Once they’re ready, gently remove the frozen yogurt bites from the mold.
  8. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
