Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey ham, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey ham, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken, ham, and cheese blend, and combine well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  6. Combine the breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter in a separate bowl.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mix over the casserole.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored unbaked in the fridge. You can also freeze leftovers for later.
