  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Bruschetta Dip combines fresh tomatoes, basil, and cream cheese into a creamy, spreadable appetizer that’s perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Begin by dicing your tomatoes evenly.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, and chopped basil.
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.
  6. Optional—let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Substitute cream cheese with vegan options for a dairy-free version. Allowing the dip to chill enhances the flavors.
