Description

A delicious and nutritious bowl of creamy oats infused with blueberry cheesecake flavors, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (or vegan cream cheese)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully blended.
  2. Fold in the blueberries gently, taking care not to crush them.
  3. Distribute the mixture evenly into jars or containers with lids, layering additional blueberries on top if desired.
  4. Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  5. Stir the oats in the morning and enjoy directly from the jar or in a bowl, adding extra honey or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

For a lower-calorie option, use reduced-fat cream cheese. For sugar management, use unsweetened yogurt and skip honey.
