- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth and well combined.
- 4. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, making sure each piece is well coated.
- 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through with the pan sauce, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- 6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and drizzle with extra pan sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven at 350°F until warmed through. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
